Since we don’t have a ton of time for this, I decided to try to just code my prototype.

Today I was able to get a functioning title and menu, after properly connecting all of the fonts I could via Adobe Fonts. I also established a column system and added the content to the Ideation page, some of the content to the Preparation page, static content to the Catalog page, and all of the info needed for the Credits page.

However, so far I’ve only done the type design process pages, and haven’t gotten to the Edmondson journey pages. I’m not sure how to have the toggle feature. I’ll either need to ask Andrew or scrap it for time.

I made a lot of progress today! All of the pages are at least to a point that could be considered finished. There’s more I’d like to do, but I think it’s beyond my skillset right now regardless of time.

If I had more time and skills I would probably animate some things to give it visual interest, and I would also make the catalog page usable—I want visitors to be able to type their own words in the fonts listed there.
